Nick grew up and was educated in Geelong, completed his medical training at the University of Melbourne in 2003, and has now returned to the Barwon – Surf Coast region to settle and commence practice with appointments at both Barwon Health and St John of God Geelong. He is married with two children.

He was granted Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in 2013, and completed an additional year of post fellowship training at Auckland City Hospital. This fellowship year gave Nick comprehensive additional training in major head and neck cancer resections, the surgical management of skin cancers of the head and neck region, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and head and neck reconstruction using both local flaps and microvascular free flaps.

Nick’s main interests lie in the assessment and management of Head and Neck Cancer, although he very much enjoys caring for children and is happy to see patients with general ENT complaints. Nick does not perform cosmetic rhinoplasty.
